General Policy
Because we operate through third‑party suppliers, our return process differs from traditional retail. We accept returns or issue refunds only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
We do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Wrong size or color chosen
- Minor variations in color or design due to supplier differences
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
- Once verified, we will offer one of the following:
- A replacement
- A partial refund
- A full refund (depending on severity)
In many cases, you will not need to return the item.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled only before they are processed by the supplier.
- Once processing begins, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Returns (When Required)
If a physical return is required:
- We will provide the return address (usually the supplier’s warehouse).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the supplier is at fault.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the supplier confirms the issue or receives the returned item.
